Please Note;
We sell a lot of Router Bits.
Most items ship the same day.
Depending on the time of day/night your order was placed, your item will be packaged as soon as possible and shipped as soon as possible as well.
With respect to shipping. All items are shipped using the Post Office.
We ship using the Post Office as they are the least expensive.
The Post Office ship to US Post Office Boxes (UPS, FedEx and others - do not)
We offer no other form of shipping at this time. Please do not ask.
Normal delivery times are between 10-12 Business Days (Business Days are Monday - Friday) excluding weekends, and Holidays.


Question: I just received my package, the package is damaged. How do I return this for a refund?
Answer:
Simply E-mail us sales@bladesnbits.com.
Explain the problem to us in the e-mail.
Package this up and send it back to us.
We will initiate a claim with Canada Post for the Value of the Product.
Once we receive the package back we will either refund your money, or send another to you. Your Choice.
We make the Claim for the Damage through Canada Post. Not you.
You are our Customer and we treat all of our Customers fairly.

Question: I ordered a package yesterday, I changed my mind, and have now decided not to purchase this item, can you give me a refund now?
Answer:
If your package has not been shipped we will gladly initiate a full refund.
If your package has been shipped, you must return this to us.
Once we have received your returned package we will gladly refund your Money.

Question: Who pays the return Shipping in this instance?
Answer:
Returned Items are to be returned at the Customers Expense.

Question: I feel my item is defective, I want to return it for a refund how do I do this?
Answer:
If you feel you have a defective product, please e-mail us and explain the problem to us sales@bladesnbits.com.
If we are unable to assist you with the problem.
Simply package the product up, and send this back to us for a full refund or replacement.
We will check the item once it has arrived.
**If the product is indeed a defective product, and we reserve the right to determine this ourselves, we will refund your entire purchase price, or send a replacement at our discretion.

Question:I am looking for a particular Router Bit. Do you stock it??
Answer:
We have all of our Items listed on our Web Site. If the item is not there then we simply do not stock it.

NOTE with respect to returned items:
We have a 15% of the total price re-stocking fee this included the shipping amount as well.
This will be deducted from your initial purchase price, and the balance credited to your Credit Card. (No exceptions)

Question:I do not need this/these item(s). Can I return it/them?
Answer::
Yes of course within 30 days from your original purchase date.
The product must be unused and in re-sellable condition.
